Sausage KL Cafe & Deli was founded by Matt and Nova Kerr with a simple vision: to bring authentic handcrafted sausages and specialty deli products to Kuala Lumpur using real ingredients, traditional methods, and uncompromising quality.

What began as a small home-based business quickly developed into a well-known name within Kuala Lumpur’s food and expatriate community. Starting from their own kitchen, Matt and Nova focused on creating premium sausages that were difficult to find locally — products with high meat content, authentic flavour, and none of the unnecessary fillers or additives commonly found in mass-produced alternatives.

From the beginning, the philosophy behind Sausage KL was clear: produce food the way it should be made. Every sausage and specialty item is made preservative-free and nitrate-free, using carefully selected ingredients and traditional recipes. Over the years, the range has expanded to include customer favourites such as black pudding, haggis, chicken nuggets, pies, burgers, and a growing selection of gourmet deli products — all crafted with the same commitment to quality and authenticity.

Inspired by British and Australian café and deli culture, Sausage KL evolved from a home operation into a full café and deli experience. Today, it has become a popular destination for both expatriates and locals seeking honest comfort food, handcrafted products, and a welcoming atmosphere.
